What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as Google Pay through our partnership with Stripe. This allows us to provide you with a wide range of secure payment options to suit your needs.
Can I change my plan later on?
You can change your plan at any time. If you switch from a paid plan to the Basic Plan, please be aware that refunds are not issued for any unused portion of your subscription. However, you will retain access to paid features until your current billing cycle ends.
What is your refund policy if I decide to cancel my subscription??
You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that we do not issue refunds for any remaining part of your billing cycle. You will continue to have full access to your account and all features until the end of your current billing period.
Who is the Basic Plan designed for?
The basic plan is designed for people/companies who are collaborating on others’ events but do not need to create their own events on Planning Hub.
